Extensive knowledge in meeting regulatory and class compliance requirements are also required. SHIPBUILDING MANAGEMENT
Each individual project we will develop specific project execution plans which serve as on-site guidance and reference for successful completion of the project. Our in-house framework for project execution plans has been continuously refined and updated throughout past and present new-building contracts, and is tailored specifically towards each new project.
Over the past years we have established a core group of trusted and experienced site team personnel who have many years of experience working with us on a number of projects on site. Our team includes project managers, site man-agers and site supervisors as well as project superintendents with highly specialized skills corresponding to project specific requirements such as cargo containment systems, commissioning of DP3 systems, cryogenic refrigeration, and accommodation decks. We also have access to a large pool of local Korean inspectors, who have been known to us for many years and who are well aware of the quality level of site supervision our company and ship owners expect.
